Curry Chicken and Waffles $17.95
House roasted chicken sautéed with fresh pineapple and roasted red peppers and tossed on top a thick Belgian waffle drizzled with curried maple butter syrup and spiced indian tomato sauce.
Eggs Benedict $14.95
Traditional "Eggs Bennie". Classic crowd pleaser and one of our favorites. Toasted english muffin with a thick slice of baked ham, served with local farm fresh eggs poached to order and topped with hollandaise and fresh cracked black pepper. Accompanied by a side of fresh fruit and two strips of applewood smoked bacon.
Chicken Divan with Saffron Rice 18.95
A liberal portion of our most popular dish from the "old brunch buffet days". A player every Sunday for more than 10 years, this cheesy and saucy country-style chicken and broccoli casserole over saffron rice is sure to please. Served with toasted Italian bread and a small signature salad.
French Toast and Fruit $12.95
We start with thick slices our housemade "Pseudo Sourdough" bread and dunk it in a custardy batter of local farm eggs, cream, vanilla, and a dash of salt. Topped with a sugared blend of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Served with 2 strips of applewood smoked bacon and real maple syrup.
Veggie or Meat Lovers Quiche with Fresh Fruit $12.95
Seasoned quite simply in order to showcase the veggies, meats, and farm fresh eggs. Veggie quiche features spinach, caramelized onions, mushrooms, grilled zuchini, roasted red peppers and feta cheese. Meat quiche features local sausage, ham, bacon, and cheddar cheese. Quarter of a 9 inch round quiche and served with fresh fruit and "Pseudo Sourdough" toast & Jam. Add a second slice of quiche for only $4.95
